IF YOU WANT MORE HOPS, YOU GOT IT! So it seems there are quite a few fans of our “BON” TNTPA out there (ourselves included). So why not make it a whole lotta BON with an Imperial version? Well that’s just what we did – Smooth gentle and soft light malt gives way to a massive and unique bright citrus / juicy tropical + stone fruit signature that overwhelms the palette, but finishes dry and pleasingly.

Pours dark amber. The nose comes out extremely tropical, so much fruit in the taste and very refreshing despite the high ABV for a single IPA. Enjoyed it.

Pours Amber with one finger white head. Nice aroma of grapefruit and malts. Taste citrus, mango, candied fruit and malts. Great one from singlecut. Look forward to more from them.

Growler into pint glass. Pours an opaque hazy orangey-straw color, kinda like grapefruit juice - not particulary attractive, but then you don't drink beer for its looks. Initial impression obliterates any aesthetic concerns. This is a citrus bomb from the get-go, with sweet undertones (mango? honey?) and a nice dank juiciness. Mouthfeel is on the thick side of medium - almost chewy. Carbonation is fairly light but refreshing. Finish is remarkably consistent with the citrus/sweet/dank profile. This is a really tasty DIPA.

It doesnt get much better than this. Period. Pour is hazey slight orange straight out of the can. First sip a burst of citrus, pineapple, hopps heaven.. incredibly smooth.. does not feel like 8% + beer. Flavor is beautifully consistent all the way through with an elegantly crisp dry finish ... WOW ... first time having this and I'm sad my one can alloted to me by a very generous package store owner is now finito ... not sure how this can be topped.
