32 ounce growler filled at DeCicco's, Ardsley, NY

Pours clouded dull medium apricot, minor gauzy eggshell head, leaves a bit of tiny bubble film and high stringy lacing.

Lemony wheat infused nose that's on the muted side.

Lemon theme carries through onto the palate in a none too reserved fashion. Lemon and wheaty malts drive the show here.

Pleasantly flavorful with the slightest lemon sparked tartness. Nice summery beer that I am enjoying on a snowy and quite cold winter's day. Thinking about salads, cheese and crusty bread in a sunny and warm backyard or deck.

Not bad stuff, first beer I have tried from SingleCut..

The beer comes in this beautiful super hazy golden yellow with lots of rocky head and lacing.

The aroma has tons of sweet lemon peel. It's quite sour along with some wheat in the back.

The flavor follows with just a pop of slightly sour, yet hugely refreshing lemon peel. There's then some wheat in there on that light body. It almost tastes like a Gose with some salty notes to balance that sourness.

This drinks so well and easy. The refreshing bright lemon note is super exciting and perfect for summer.

A_hazy straw yellow body with just the faintest wisp of a head. Minor lacing

S_Pleasing citrus aroma with some minor wheat like characteristics.

T_Sweet wheat notes hit first followed by a nice dose of lemon. Some grassy hops come through as it warms and complements the other favors well.

M_The mouthfeel is a bit strange. Manages to both be sticky and light at the same time. Aggressive carbonation lingers on the tongue for quite a bit.

O_An interesting beer. Almost like a shandy more than a saison but you do get some earthy yeast if you look for it. The lemon flavor gets a little cloying by the end but overall is a refreshing summertime beer.

On tap at Rattle 'n Hum last night.

A: Nice keep yellow hue, hazy with excellent head and lacing. It even looked lemony

S: Lemon! Followed by mild wheat malt and subtle phenolics

T: Lemon! Nice balance of tartness, lemon, wheat malt and Belgian clove/phenolic . Very nicely balanced and if I were to nitpick I'd wish for a touch more spicy character

M: Slightly light and appropriate

O: I pretty much seek out SingleCut as much as I can now and this beer surprised me again with the versatility of the brewers there

Bam, possibly the best saison I've had.

Pale brownish yellow, with a thick head good retention and great lacing.

I can't quite nail down the smell, I'm a little stopped up. But some citrus notes definitely stand out.

Tastes like lemons and grapefruit...and beer.

Bubbly, clean, and very smooth. Goes down super easy, and improves as it warms.

Overall, fantastic!

I put year around availability, but honestly I have no idea.
