Appearance: Pours with a fluffy white head of about a finger and a half. Sticky lacing left behind with every sip. The color is a golden orange with a slightly murky body. Active carbonation is just what it should be for the style.

Smell: Bright tropical fruits with accents of mango, kiwi, pineapple, and tangerines greet the drinker. Soft, sweet malts open up on the body. A touch of bitter pine and earth show up toward the back end. Bright fruit notes are the highlight throughout.

Taste: Pretty much what you'd expect after the aroma. Pineapple and kiwi really jump the palate and shine so bright. Toffee and slight caramel create a pleasant stage for the hops to showcase themselves. Some bitter pine and heavier citrus fruits linger on the palate long after drinking.

Mouthfeel: Sweet fruits and malt on the front yield to a slightly heavier finish but this one still goes down too quickly. Carbonation is spot on.

Overall: One of my favorite single IPAs I've ever had the pleasure of trying. Spiteful really knocks this one out of the park and my love of El Dorado hops only continues to grow. Keep doing you Spiteful, I'll keep giving you my money.

Can shared by stillmatic2232. Thanks man!

Pours a hazy orange, with a 3/4 inch head, and a good amount of lacing.

Smells fairly citrusy, lots of orange, mango, and pineapple, with some pine in the background.

There's only a small amount of lingering bitterness here, the hop flavor runs much more towards sweeter juicier hop flavors, with some underlying dank/herbal/pine/grassy flavors as well. But the flavor profile definitely favors citrus. Very little malt flavor here, slightly crackery, I'd wager.

Light to medium bodied, very crisp clean mouthfeel to this IPA. Flavors are well defined, with a slight amount of lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation.

Another great IPA, this was a solid night for IPAs for sure.

A-Cloudy yellow orange, some carbonation and a one finger head that lingers.

S-Some nice cirtus and lemon notes, tad bit of wheat as well. Tropical hops.

T-Starts with nice citrus/tropical notes. Had a bit of wheat and malt to it as well, but the hops are still there. Ends with a nice bitterness and mild earthy notes.

M-lighter, semi crisp finish, not much carbonation.

O-First time knowingly drinking a beer with El Dorado hops, rather good.
