Taste: crisp, cracker, yeast, stone fruit, cider, acidic, wheat. Same with the nose. Light golden hue, mostly clear, delicate, white head with carbonation, slight lace. Medium body. Bright notes.

Pours a semi-cloudy gold color that is still see-through. Thin fizzy white head dissipates quickly leaving little to no residual head.
Aroma is quite pronounced on the coriander and yeast notes. Some light earthy hop notes. Not much in the way of the citrus.
Taste follows the nose with some strong coriander, and herbal notes followed by a pronounced spicy Belgian yeast. Hints of orange rind come through, but are quite subtle.
Feel is light and drinkable with a bright fizzy carbonation. Semi-dry finish on the back end.
Overall a solid witbier. It better than average, but its just lacking some of the various aspects and balance of the better imported versions.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at O'Toole's on September 18, 2018. A witbier that is spiced with coriander and citrus zest. Fruity and refreshing with a hint of spice.

Had on tap. Has some nice subtle fruits and grains, but otherwise is muted. The wit wheat finish could be stronger, but understand this could be a gateway offering at the taproom. Good elements, just need to be pumped up!

This is really light but still manages a subtle complexity - undertones of spice and fruit. Delicious and refreshing.
