Aroma is mangoes/apricots and mild sour fruit. The flavor is mangoes, apricots, fruit, malts and a London mix of tart and sugar sweetness in the finish.

On tap at The Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a a slightly dark amber, with no head, or no lacing. It looks basically still.
Smells like oak, earth, vinegar, and some mild fruit.
This tastes kind of woodsy and weird, and not in an actually good way, unfortunately. It's got a fairly intense vinegary flavor, along with a kind of damp cedar thing, and a kind of weird herbal taste that's hard to place.
This is medium bodied, fairly dry, with barely any carbonation.
I can't really recommend this one.

On tap into tulip:
Head was thin, but pour was to the top. Watching the orange-tinged white head dissolve into the glass, leaving soapy bubbles collecting spottily around the edges. The beer itself is golden orange, definitely more the latter, hazy on initial pour, ending up clear (also ends with no head to speak of).
Nose definitely leans sour: just starting to turn overripe tart fruit is the impression I get initially. I actually get some sour melon, and a hint of wood in some whiffs (the former more presently)
Taste is lemony sour to start. There's a bland watermelon like "flavor" behind the sour opening - not really sure that explains it well, watery but not without flavor. I actually notice that I get this if I keep the beer to the sides of my tongue, ha. Back to the sour notes: lemon initially, but eventually there is also a wine-like taste but more tart than that; it's not vinegary - but just a wine that sat a day too long after opening. In some sips, the lightly prickly, tickling carbonation combines with the sour to give an impression of sour peaches.
Moderately sour offering in my mind, a fairly neutral flavored tart beer. Straightforward and tasty.

Note: Coolship #3
A: Pours a lightly hazy medium golden amber in color with light amounts of gentle visible carbonation along the edges of the glass and faint honey + medium yellow highlights. The beer has a half finger tall foamy off-white head that reduces to a medium thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of unripe berries, white grapes, apple cider vinegar, and lemon citrus. Light to moderate amounts of tartness in the aroma.
T: Overall this beer has light to moderate amount of sourness with moderate flavors of unripe berries and white grapes. There is a light flavor of tart lemon citrus and moderate flavors of apple cider vinegar. Minimal amount of bitterness present which fade away almost instantly.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with light to moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: This beer is quite approachable for someone not too into sours - and is the first "English Lambic" that I have come across. Nice complexity to the flavors and aromas of this beer and pretty easy to drink. Paired nicely with my lunch.

On tap at Hopcat in Madison, WI.
Overall I thought this one was very good...had never heard of them before. Very tart, especially in the taste, with sour fruits, light funk, oak, and fruity malts. Would love to have it again.
