Great vibe, small. Actually in a back alley. Have some interesting house beers and sours. Additionally have high quality tap list including Ballast Point, Oskar Blues, Dedchutes, and locals La Cumbre, Marble, and Bosque. My kinda place. Chill and fun. Pizza next door for late night.

The beers here have improved a bit and occasionally there's a gem, like the odd, native-ingredient gruit that debuted this past summer. But other beers are average to just bad.

Thankfully, there are always some good beers from other breweries on tap here, and as a bar, this is a good spot to find the type of beers you want to see on tap. Rogue Crustacean, Stone Enjoy By, and other excellent beers can be found on tap here.

Also, during ABQ Beer Week each year, Back Alley puts on a Tower of Sour event serving nothing but sour beers, and it's easily one of the best events of the Beer Week.

Also, the pizza next door is just okay, but hell, pizza and beer is rarely a bad combo.
