Appearance: golden hue, good clarity, thick layer of white spongey foam, great head retention
Aroma: bready-sweet malt, floral hop scent with a hint of pine and lemon rind
Flavor: dryish malt profile with a leafy-green hop taste; mild but firm bitterness like lime peels; finishes dryish with a lingering bitterness at the back of the tongue
Mouthfeel: medium body, pert carbonation, crisp texture
Other comments: Deuchars IPA has been one of my favorite summertime beers (crisp, refreshing, flavorful). This might rival that title, but I'll have to try it again to be sure!

Slightly lighter color and flavor than Old Hooky, pretty nice maltiness with a slightly astringent finish. Very drinkable. Like the bitter Old Hooky, this beer is fairly yeasty (not like Foster's skunky yeasty, more rising bread dough yeasty). Try it in Oxfordshire, the tap is far superior to the bottle.
