A-Slightly cloudy yellow with a sudzy white head
S-Notes of pine with dried prune and saturated stewed stone fruit
M-Low to medium carbonation, with medium body and a boozy body
T-Sweet and alcohol upfront with a bready malt flavour that pronounces a smooth bitterness that lingers.
O-Likely an old can, again not date stamped, so booze overpowers the flavours and aromas I would love to experience…

Decent - crispy, a little bitter. Solid middle of the road.

Pours a hazy bright yellow with a large and persistent white head. Smell is muted and fairly generic. Taste is another story, bursting with melon, grapefruit and candied orange, with a bitterness that's gentle in the swallow, but more assertive in the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is soft and mouth-coating without feeling too creamy. The alcohol is well hidden.

Beaming body appearance, showing bright pale amber, and light lemon yellow clarity for a body color. Soft fine barely visible carbonation, but also a real nice formingh head of bright white and thick punching head on creation. Easily three fingers of depth with a big puck island and staying power.
For a complex aromatic brew, this is a pretty generic hop forward nose. Mild senses of florals and pine, with a soft malt bready aroma that manages to create some balance. Just decent.
The palate is an entirely different level. Just a wonderful creamy juiced flavor of orange and tropical notes. Touches cantaloupe and other melon like flavors with a thick papaya texutre that you can sink your teeth into. Creamy bread and almost nougat like mouthfeel for the body, finishing with excellent tea aromatic herbs on the finish, and a lingering soft body that comes out like a rich hop cocktail that drinks like fine wine.
Real impressive IPA, that comes out of nowhere.

Taster at brewery. Golden pour, persistent thin off-white head. Aroma is nice classic, earthy, piney hops. Taste brings a full, creamy layer of caramel malts with a thin layer of piney, grassy, floral hops. Not overly hoppy for a DIPA

Pours a hazy golden color with a tall stiff head and a lot of lacing.
Smells of slightly dank floral hops and citrus.
Tastes of slightly bitter grapefruit, lemon and melon with a slightly bitter peppery finish.
Medium light body with light carbonation. Dry mouthfeel.
This is a mild mannered, well balanced and delicious brew!

Poured into a 16 oz pint glass purchased from beer store in Manchester, VT. No birth date. Pours golden hazy yellow with two fingers of head. Subtle citrus and hops that goes down smooth. Really good.
