Poured into a weizen glass. Poured a very pale amber, with a thin bubbly 1 finger head. Small amount of cling to the head, but disappeared very fast. Handful of streams of carbonation rose from the bottom. Aroma was a bit bitter, mostly wheaty, but with some sharpness of ginger mixed in. As it rested, banana could be detected as well. Taste was wheaty, before shifting to a bit of ginger, then finishing as a grassy leafy flavor. Felt good in the mouth. Not overly carbonated, and a bit of stickiness so that it felt like it had substance. Overall not bad

A: The. Beer is hazy yellowish amber in color and has a faint amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that died down but consistently left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Moderately strong aromas of ginger are present in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell but also has some wheaty flavors.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems a little one-dimensional but is pretty nice if you like ginger.

Reviewed from notes over the weekend.
A- Poured into a pint glass with a hazy golden orange body. Big creamy white head with great retention. Tons of lace pillows.
S- Pale ale feel with some wheat, light caramel, apple and fresh cracked grain feel to it. Just a bit of ginger here.
T- Ginger forward for sure in the flavor. Nice wheat, light biscuit, cracked grain, apples and light fruits to support the ginger.
MF- Light bodied but creamy as the head might suggest and the wheat lends a feel like this. High carbonation good with the ginger flavor. Low bitterness.
A solid drinkable brew with a nice ginger forward flavor. Sort of like a pale ale wheat beer.

22oz bottle purchased as a single from somewhere in the Middlebury/Burlington area.
Poured into an imperial pint glass, formed a 3/4" eggshell head over the clear golden amber brew. Airy head lasts well, with average lacing. Aroma is sweet with a touch of tartness.
Taste is pale malt sweetness to start, again some mild tartness in the middle, and closes with light bitterness and ginger notes. Mouthfeel is pretty smooth, with drinkability also above average. Not a bad first offering for me from Foley Bros.

First time drinking a Ginger Wheat. Perfect carbonation with excellent lacing
Loved the sweet malt balanced by just enough ginger to make this style interesting.
Low in alcohol and light in hops makes this brew an easy sipper in the summer time. They use local hops in this brew which puts them in my good books for the future!
A must try if you like ginger!

Poured from a bomber into a Sam perfect pint. The glass matters with this beer. The head is white and reminiscent of a good Champagne. Remained through the entire glass, with nice lacing. Smell is light, fruity and mixed with ginger. Taste is subtle but complex for a wheat beer. The ginger blends with the local hops and yeast very nicely. Mouthfeel is dominated by the effervescence, again reminding of Champagne. Overall this is a wonderful wheat beer, refreshing and easy to drink, but not at all simple. Elegant is the word that comes to mind.

Pours a fluffy and fizzy pasty white 1 finger head that fades fairly slowly reinforced by many bubbles and nice foamy lacing, slight hazy golden wheat orange color.
Nose has light wheat aromas, with a big ginger aroma, candied ginger and ginger ice cream, hint of citrus, banana, and very faint spices.
Taste kicks in ginger right away, candied and ginger ice cream again, slightly pickled as well. Then wheat, grassy wheat with hint if citrus and faint spices again, touch of banana and clove like, fluffy too. Ginger gives faint spicy, and some bitterness as well as grassy and faint spicy hops. Finish is drier but sticky, lingering bitter hops and bitter ginger, candied ginger and touch of butterscotch for some reason.
Mouth is med to lighter bodied, lots of fluffy carb.
Overall ok, pretty much delivers what it promises, ginger and wheat, nothing special but decent and fairly tasty, drinkable, and would be a great summer beer.
