A blend of 16 month old blonde sour barrels (I'm assuming the original Genesis Blonde).
@ Bottle Revolution
Bright golden color with a sparse, bubbly white head. Big sour aroma upfront, transitioning to a very pleasant graham cracker-y type malt smell along with an abundance of lactic, dank funk and hay. Very nice on the nostrils. Sour flavor, again giving way to a quality sugar cookie, semi-buttery malt base in the finish. A bit of oaky, wooden sharpness, but mostly smooth. Crisp, sour, and medium light. These guys know how to utilize the funk. Impressive stuff from the Funkatorium.
