I am straight up blown away by this beer, from start to finish. Beautiful pour, incredible nose - complex, deep, impressive.

Extremely sour, quite musty. Red grapes, blackberries, tannins, vinegar, leather; hints of cherries, raspberries. A bit nutty, touches of honey.

Appearance: pours a mahogany red ale with a 1/2" head.

Smell: blackberries, merlot, and some sourness comes through to the nose.

Taste: blackberries, dates, merlot, some lemon zest, and a mild bitterness. Sourness is moderate.

Mouthfeel: crisp throughout with a bit of dryness late. Medium bodied beer.

Overall: an enjoyable sour that is slow sipping but very flavorful.
