Part of a beer share, this beer followed Love Child No. 4.

A- Dark brown/amber with a frothy, khaki-colored head. 4.25

S- Cherry tartness, earthiness, peppery, and something flowery and garden-like. 4.3

T- Earthy and tart cherry, a slight lemony flavor. Not as robust as the smell nor as the beer that preceded it. 4

M- Funky, light-drinking, and slightly effervescent. The sourness is more apparent on the finish but it's not overwhelming. It's very light on the tongue and easy to gulp down. 4.2

I enjoy the lightness and the lack of the vinegar aspects that can consume a sour. It's very easy-drinking. 4.15

Very nice deep garnet color. No head. Aroma is filled with smoothed out blackberries, raspberrirs, figgy plums, sweet and subtly tangy. Very nicely blended, softly complex concoction. Flavor is full of mouthwatering dark fruit, sweet even surge followed by spanky tartness. Excellent stuff.

This had a mahogany color with a rusty hue. Sour and tart raspberry nose with an earthy dark cherry. The flavor is fruity, a little sweet with sour cherry and tart raspberry. I get a vinegar tone throughout but it's not distracting. Nice easy, smooth and tempered sour ale that should have mass appeal.
