Poured from a 500 mL bottle. The body was bright gold and clear. The head was white and modest.

The smell was Sweet-Tart candies, pears and grape skins.

The taste was vineous. Grape must. There was a nice tart snap with a decided grapiness. Well masked alcohol. There was a drying, woody finish. Reminded me of a a Reisling.

The body was medium in density and carbonation. Very nice overall.

A: pours a slightly hazy gold with half a finger of white head that fades into a bubbly ring with little lacing.

S: sour fruits and funky barnyard dominate the nose with an underlying sweet breadiness. The finish is musty.

T: tart and sligbtly sour fruits throughout this beer with some funk and musty barnyard flavors. There are some slight citrus and candy sugar flavors before a tart finish with a livht alcohol warmth.

M: medium body with lowish carbonation, this beer is drinkable and nust avoids being watery.

O: a delicious beer. There is a lot going on and it works well together.

Bottle shared by Will yesterday.

Pours a golden yellowish orange, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.

Smells like Brett yeastiness, grapes, and wine.

This really doesn't come off like a strong ale at all, the alcohol is not noticeable, which is cool. There's a lot of grape flavor, very wine-like. It's mildly sour, more funky than anything, with a bit of a mild butter flavor that apparently runs through a lot of Wicked Weed beers. It's slightly off-putting, but not very strong, luckily.

This is medium bodied, with no evidence of the ABV. It's pretty drinkable.

This is interesting. It's not amazing, but it's pretty well done.

500ml bottle poured into an Idle Hands tulip.

L - Pours a pale, straw golden color with just a hint of orange. A finger of fluffy white head shows excellent staying power as an endless stream of bubbles rises through the glass.

S - Very fruity up front, lots of grapes as would be expected. Funky brett is right behind the fruit giving some wet hay and mild barnyard aromas. Some sugary sweetness lurks in the background. Light phenolics round things out.

T - Grapey, white winey in character. Plenty of earthy, yeasty funk, some apples, light phenols, grainy malt, a bit spicy.

F - Lightish medium body, frothy/foamy light/middle carbonation that fits well. A lot of winey and funky character throughout, ending in a spicy - almost cinnamon aspect on the exhale. Acidic, faintly tart but definitely not sour...again fairly white wine-like.

O - Another interesting beer from Wicked far I have liked pretty much everything I have tried from them and this one is no different. I am a bit surprised how much I like this beer however. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

reviewed from notes a few days ago. big thanks to blake for the share. brew pours a murky yellow with a thin fizzy head and spotty lacing. the nose on this brew is simply awesome. sour and sweet egginess. the taste matched the nose and is also fantastic. kind of like ddg lite...REALLY good, loved this one.

375ml bottle. Served in a teku glass 2/22/2015.

A- Light clear pale yellow body. One finger white head with short retention time, no lacing. Looks like a chardonnay or similar white wine to me.

S- Oak, white grape must, wheat, lemon, mild leather, funk.

F- Pale malt sweetness, grape must, oak, mild funk, lemon zest. A bit of butter on the finish.

M- The diacetyl butter kind of kills it for me, but it's a reasonably carbonated beer that isn't difficult to drink. Medium bodied. Very surprising that this is a 9.6% strong ale.

O- Surprisingly (or unsurprisingly) it tastes a lot like a white wine. This would pair really well with cheese, and in this case the diacetyl helps a little bit with that pairing. Not my type of brett beer, but it's not terrible.

Just too much tannin astringency for me. Really did not enjoy this one.
