Bottle dated JUN0313
Pours a hazy golden yellow with a quickly dissipating white head.
The smell is fairly straightforward with citrus, spice and wheat bread. Heavy on the wheat.
The taste follows pretty much exact. Lots of the wheat/oats on the flavor. Not nearly enough of everything else. Pretty bland for the style. Gets a little Frito corny which is probably due to drinking this warmer than it should be.
Light bodied with lots of bubbles. Burpssss.
Not nearly as refreshing and interesting as the other big name in the witbier game. One of the better BMC products though. I could definitely see a slice of orange upping the drinking experience of this beer. Cold and from the bottle > warmer and from a glass.
