I've had this both from a bottle and on tap at various places. I remember the first time I had it actually - I drank it to try and impress the person who gave it to me (unfiltered beers used to freak me out) - but I was very pleasantly surprised and this because a stapel to order at a bar if nothing else interesting was on tap. I've seen it on tap at Buffalo Wild Wings, Oyster Bar and several other bars in South Bend.
It pours out a yellowish-orange color, very cloudy and with a thin foamy head. Often times it's served with an orange slice to bring out the flavor. It mainly smells of hops and yeast, but the taste is more complex - hops, but also some mild citrus flavors. I always found it refreshing and delicious.
Serving type: on-tap
