Served on tap.
A: Straw with orange hues. Thin head dissapates quickly and leaves only a few wisps of off-white.
S: Orange peel, wheat, some sweet citrus, and a hint of coriander.
T: Sugary sweet up front, with orange, lemon, and wheat flavors throughout. The spiciness is faint in the taste as it is in the nose compared to other wits. Frosted corn flake finish.
M: Light-bodied with a touch of creaminess. Very clean and refreshing. A bit of carbonation on the finish. Has a macro mouthfeel to me.
O: Not offensive at all, which is an accomplishment for a macrobrewer. A very refreshing summer beer. A good baseline of what is required of a witbier.
Serving type: on-tap
