The hazy, pale honey-yellow beer is capped by a large white head with decent retention, but little lacing. After a few sips, only a very thin ring remains.
Fruity, citrus aroma with a hint of peppery spice is detected.
A background of mineral water flavors the brew, with a somewhat weak grain bill and mild hops rounding it out. Muted peppery notes and citrus peel accents can be found amidst the fizzy, slightly over carbonated mouthful.
For a macro product, it is not too bad a copy of a good Belgian white, like Blanche de Bruxelles, but does not quite measure up to their standard.
