A: Pours out to a bright golden color with a hint of an orange hue. Small head of white foam, with a medium level of carbonation. No lacing in the glass.
S: Orange peel and grain. Hints of malts and earth. A slight salty citrus note. After thoughts of grass and straw.
T: Mild malty sweetness with a natural nutty flare, making this one suprisingly nice. Noteable honey is right on, not overly sweet or cloying.
M: Crisp, refreshing, nice and bubbly. I like this one, especially for the summer months. Goes down very smooth.
D: This is what they should be brewing in place of regular Blue Moon. Totally quaffable, intersting, and the pinnacle of cross-over beers for macro drinkers. May not be a Witbier by the strictist definition, but I like it. Highly recommended.
