Appearance: Bubbly, soapy carbonation overall. A thin layer of dense lacing throughout that I really enjoy. Small layer of foam. Definitely a honey-like color. Really good.
Smell: A slight metallic smell with overtones of honey. First part is not so good, but the honey is nice. After a few of these the honey stands out much more. Apple and lemon as well.
Taste/Mouthfeel: Heavy on the pepper and lemon rind. Initially strong with a cooling honey in the finish. Pepper has a second bite after this. Medium-bodied with a spritzy finish. The finish flattens out a bit.
Drinkability: Above average summer ale.
Overall: Worth a shot.
