Pours a brilliant golden brown with a frothy one inch ivory head that dissipates very slowly, leaving thick lacing.
Corn and grain dominate the aroma, with a funky tangy note and subtle earthy hops rounding things out.
Flavor is grainy, with nutty, lightly toasted malt forming the backbone. The tang is present, but more subdued than in the aroma. Becomes cardboard-like as it warms.
Body is moderate, with moderate carbonation and a bit of grainy astringency.
It actually has malt flavor. The graininess and tang are somewhat offputting.
