Dark amber in the tall Stella glass with nice lacing. Decent foam and spritzy mouthfeel. Thin body.
Has that Euro Lager smell, not a good way to start. However, it's a pleasant mouthful of malt and a little hoppy burn. There is just something kind of chemical about this. It's a little winey. Unfortunately, for an Adjunct Lager it's unquestionably better than the run of the dog pound. So I have to give it a good score for that. Otherwise, it's a sweet thing that tastes of additives.
From the 12 oz bottle (one of the silliest designs ever) bought in San Francisco.
