An amber colored lager that has a pretty good looking color to it and a nice aroma. Comes off clean and crisp after a sip which is to be exoected for a light bodied beer.

Appearance: Clear amber color, light carbonation
Smell: Hops stand out, a little malt... reminds me a lot like a weaker Sam Adams Boston Lager
Taste/Mouthfeel: Very clean malty taste. Hops jump out as it goes down, again, tastes like a weaker version of a Boston Lager.
Drinkablility: Easy going not very filling...good for an everyday beer.

I'm adding this to the site because its a different production version of the Killian's, if this is in error, please inform me. This is the 3.2% ABV version of this beer, Killian's Light. It's sold in states with 3.2% laws and that is indicated on the label.

Beer is reddish and clear with a thin broken head of tiny bubbles that leaves some lacing on the glass. Carbonation is moderate, looks OK.

Aroma is grainy and harsh with an odd burnt sweetness.

Beer is pretty thick and is carbonated in the mouth. It has a grainy bitterness and a sweet aftertaste (how is that possible). The forward and middle palate flavors are subdued by this buttery flavor, its not a very good tasting beer. This is very different from Killian's which is actually palatable, at times. No thank you.
