A: A deep ruby-amber color with a two finger off-white head that settles to a layer atop the beer with moderate lacing.
S: Candy sugar and syrup with a bit of date and fig.
T: Watery and sugary with only fleeting hints of dark fruits and some spice.
M: Thin and watery yet dry in the finish.
D: This goes down easy but mainly because it has no character. Too many better Belgian ales out there.
