Appears a dense, haze of russet toned brown with small, light tan head that slowly fades out into a collar. Spotty bits of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell is of doughy yeast, mild caramel, toffee, and cracked grain.
Taste is very light but the subtle Belgian yeast influence is there. Reminds me of a watered down Chimay Red. Hints of caramel, vanilla, and raisins with cracked, chewy grain.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, a bit thin, and spritzy in the swallow.
