Best by date of 7/13/2012. Poured into a pilsener.
Appearance: Clear, pale yellow. White fizzy 1 finger head that did not last.
Smell: A little malty. Slight floral and slight fruit.
Taste: Dry. Very low sweetness. Low hop flavor and bitterness. Fairly even.
Mouth Feel: Light, thin body. Some carbonation on the tongue.
Overall: It was cold and wet but not really satisfying. If you wish to drink a light lager there are better ones out there. With the style in mind I find it a bit below average.

On tap at Smoke + Cedar.
I'm not a Coors Light guy, and the occasions to have can or two are few and far between. This special occasion came from walking a mile on a warm night, the last 1/8 of a mile uphill.
Bar had good selection of crafts, but I was already hammered and a little thirsty. This is the niche that Coors Light, et al fill - you want to have a pop but sometimes on a hot day/night the good stuff is just too good. Coors Light and a glass of water fit the bill.
That being said, there is little else to recommend it. I don't think the Silver Bullet is brewed for making memories. It's brewed to be guzzled, and Coors does a good job in delivering what the guzzlers want.
