what the hell, the opportunity has presented itself and i have nothing better to do...

12oz cold-activated can served in a pint glass. hallelujah, the mountains were blue!

pours a pale yellow tone with a finger of spritzy head that demonstrates practically no retention whatsoever; lacing too is nonexistent. (no big shock on either count.)

nose is just... absent. very subdued grainy notes.

flavor profile follows the nose: nothing. a bit grainy... completely underwhelming; beer-flavored seltzer all the way (made with artificial beer flavoring). yes, this is a light beer, but even by that standard this is exceptionally light.

mouthfeel is more or less standard for the style; light-bodied, watery, high carbonation. drinkability is this beer's major selling point (which isn't saying much); marketed to a younger demographic more interested in quantify than quality, IMO coors light succeeds to some degree. inoffensive and super light, i *could* drink a few of these... i just don't see the point.

Appearance - Piss straw body, visible carbonation. Pours a white half-finger head that dissipates quickly.

Smell - Hardly any to speak of. Very weak corn smell. No hopiness, but it's an AAL, wtf.

Taste - Super weak musky corn with a bit of a stale, very slight metallic aftertaste. Dull as hell, but not offensive. There's not enough in this beer to be offensive.

Mouthfeel - Not enough carbonation. A little to full. Feels flat even though it's not.

Drinkability - Average. What else can I say? Saying this beer has bad drinkability is like saying water has bad drinkability.

I feel sort of silly reviewing this beer.
Appearance is bland, typical straw yellow with no head or lacing.
Smell is virtually non-existent. I really don't smell anything, maybe a bit of corn malt.
Taste is not bad. There is really no taste there though. It just is smooth.
Mouthfeel is very light.
Drinkability- I looked down and was almost done, not a sipper.

Light light yellow with white white head of bursting big bubbles without retention or stickyness. Lokks a little like pale ginger ale.
Smell is great - some corn-like sweetness with a very pleasing level of diacetyl, some leafy saaz and a hint of toasted grains.
Taste begins like water with grain flavoring but then the sweetness and butteriness quickly disappear leaving an astringent metallic sting. Medium harsh carbonation, sort of soda-like high frustose corn syrup feel.
Although I find the aroma to be quite pleasing, the taste ruins it. Not an enjoyable beer for me.

A: pint glass. pours a bright yellow color, almost vitamin enriched urine like. White head that is gone almost immediately. almost no lacing.

S: smells like a combination of wet cardboard and corm malts. no hop aroma at all.

T: sweet corn malts, with a light hint of citrus. that is about it.

M:The carbonation level is insane, way too high for me. thin-bodied. crisp to an extent.

D: I have had several of these in one sitting, but only because I was going for longevity at a bar watching football, with no other alternatives.
