Pours a pale golden color with a loose, bubbly head that quickly fades. The nose is grainy and grassy. The taste is grainy, but has a decent hop character. The mouthfeel is super light, a little heavily carbonated, and smooth.

Of all the macros out there this is one of the better ones. It's smooth and crisp and doesn't have any of the metallic off flavors that you often find in this style.

A-Pours your typical pale yellow lager color

S-Smells like nothing, literally. I guess you could describe it as dirty water.

T- Like it smells, dirty water, maybe some corn. Really awful taste even for an light lager.

M-Carbonated water.

O-This is the absolute worst tasting light beer I've ever had. Even when I used to only drink light beers this tasted awful. I can't get over how the water tastes dirty, yet they claim to use spring water? Tastes like tap to me, not even. I'll drink it during a night of sessioning but I'd make sure I was well prepared so I didn't have to.

Why not?

A: Lime juice, with a one finger head off the pour that nosedives abruptly. Very, very bubbly. Is what it is.

S: Light barley malt, and a slight limey spritz. Watery nose.

T: Watered down barley malt with a slight bite from the carb. And...that's it. It's like a magic trick--now you taste it, now you don't, but the twist is, you never really taste it.

M: Water. A touch of carb.

If ever I partake, it's when I'm irresponsibly binge drinking in the heat where my beer needs to be as close to water as possible. But, even then I'll usually go with some PBR or Tecate.
