Pitcher @ the Firehouse Pub & Grill, Meridian ID. Not my first choice, but it was free...poured into a pint glass.

A: Barely any yellow in this straw beer...painfully clear and light-colored. Lower carbonation levels visible...fizzy white head dissipates quickly.

S: Grain husk...some adjuncts along with the malt, a light barnyard/manure smell...nothing else. Absolutely no hops.

T: A touch of crisp sweet malt...skunk, maybe mashed bananas and rotten apples? Those flavors are very distant, overall this beer tastes like lightly flavored water.

MF: Crisp light mouthfeel, higher carbonation levels.

O: For as watery as it is, this beer is NOT easy to throw back...its not refreshing, much less good.

12 oz bottle poured into a pint glass -

A - pours a transparent, pale golden color. The head is pale white with no cream, one finger's height, and abysmal retention. I looked away for a few seconds and the head was gone.

S - Stale cereal grains dominate. Hardly any other notes to speak of. Very mild in strength.

T - Sharp corn/grainy notes throughout it's entirety. Watery, and has no hops characters or esters to be found. Very simple (not surprisingly).

M - Highly carbonated and crisp on the front with a smooth finish.

D - Yes, it is drinkable, but there are certainly better choices, even in the cheap American adjunct beer category. Hell, at least drink original Coors.

Drank straight from the bottle.

Not a whole lot of smell I could honestly detect which is typical of these types of beers.

The taste was not repulsive but not appealing either. It honestly did not have much taste at all. Maybe a slight breadiness that reminded me of watered down Coors Banquet.

It is better than bud light but that isn't saying much. There are better light beer options out there.

Pours as an American Light Lager would.

Smells as an American Light Lager does: ricey, corny, watery, blah.

Tastes like water. Literally, water. The least amount of taste out of Coors Light, Bud Light and Miller Lite. Just not impressive at all.

Overall, a beer for the birds. Nice if all you want is to pee and get wasted.

A: pours a very light white gold color. Very pale & clearly clear. Quarter inch of head quickly settles to nothing..

S: lots of cooked veggies on the nose.. sweet cereal grain as well..

T: upfront is an almost medicinal cooked veggie taste. I've always encountered this when drinking coors light. Middle is cooked corn with an underlying sweetness. Finish is bland with some sweetness & more corn flavor.

Mf: very light & watery.. crisp carbonation.

O: very bland beer, even for the style.

Appearance - Pale yellow and little color.Fizzy clumpy foam.

Smell - Sour skunk and very faint hops.

Taste - Better than Bud light and Keystone, but still not good by any means. Even for the category this is awful. This beer never fails to give me a headache.

Mouthfeel and Drinkability - Easily drinkable and okay for when you don't care what you're drinking. But for now, I think I'll go back to real beer.

Poured from 12oz bottle into pint glass while it's SUPER COLD!! THANKS COACH!

A- It looks really pale with a tiny white bubbly head that dissappears quickly

S- it smells a lot better than the miller light I just had. Some corn scents but also smells sweeter than most "lower class" beers

T- Hmmm I'm very surprised. It's significantly better than bud and miller lights. Sweet taste of corn but not really terrible

M- Feels like drinkin a fountain soda

O- For what beers this is compared too this is amazing! But to compare this to other beers isn't fair as it sucks in that regard. That being said, I'm going to compare this to Bud and Miller and give it a thumbs up

12oz can to pint glass.
As with most light lagers, Coors Light is very pale yellow in color with sharp clarity. The nose is pretty weak and corn seems to be the dominate component. There is, however, a faint floral scent as well. Taste is predictably sweet and very mild. Body is super light and thin. True to style, this is drinkable but not very enjoyable.

I can't believe I'm actually reviewing this beer. I've had it several times before after a night of heavy drinking when there was nothing else left but this is the first time I poured it into a glass.
It's yellow and fizzy with a short white head that thinned to a ring in less than 30 seconds.
It smells like sour grain. It doesn't really have too much flavor other than grain, stale corn chips. It has a light body and goes down fairly easy which I guess is average for the style. Overall it's just a cheap beer meant for mass consumption by others, not me.

Oh my this is not good! I just tried this right after a Bud light and found it to be even less drinkable. No real smell to speak of, but taste...hint of banana, slight lemon after taste...hops???, I can't detect them. This is a really bad brew(no where on the can does it say beer).

A: bright gold with a pretty substantial white head. retention is reasonable as is the lacing. loads of visible carbonation through a very clear body. certainly not bad to look at!

S: super metallic. a sulfur aroma that comes with most lagers. cant detect any hop aroma.

T: a mild corniness. again, bitterness or a real hop presence is undetectable to my palate. finish has more mild corn and bland pale malt. finish is non-existent.

M: vibrant carbonation blocks what little flavor is there. light bodied, duh.

D: drank from a COLD, SUPER COLD can. both were blue, however i did leave the can out for over 20 minutes hoping to warm it up. the mountains were still blue. whatever. in conclusion, you know what you are getting with this beer. a low abv, low flavored american light lager. anyone on this website knows better. pass.

It is dollar domestic night at my local bar and after a Budweiser I realize I've never rated a Coors Light. So I will remedy that. Unfortunately, the Coors Light falls far short of the Budweiser, and it's not like Bud is world class.

No head at all in this draft beer. See through yellow macro brew appearance. Smell is nonexistant, which is better than the taste, as it turns out.

This is a truly awful beer. The biggest flavors are like metal and cleaning solution. Mouthfeel is watery and unexciting.

Drank a lot of this in high school, glad I don't drink it that often anymore.

This beer is good when you can't afford the good stuff. $5 for a 3 pack of tall cans, HELL YA! This beer is not for sipping and enjoying like craft beers, its for huge gatherings and when money is tight and you need a quick beer fix. Not bad for piss beer!

It's clear, but dull.
The smell is pretty bad. At least it isn't skunky.
The taste isn't good. It just tastes bad. You know the taste. It's the stereotype of a bad beer.
It feels thin in your mouth.
Overall, I sometimes don't finish the can I'm drinking. I'm a beer finisher.

On tap at Pizzeria Uno's.

A - Poured into a chilled 16 oz pint glass a ridiculously pale straw with a fizzy one finger head that faded at typical adjunct lager rate. That is, quick and fizzy.

S - Light bread notes and some malt sweetness. Fairly bland.

T - Taste is pretty much that. Its alright, more light wet bread and malts. Again, boring.

M - Alrihgt carbonation, relatively thin though.

O - Overall this beer is only meant to be drank in large social gatherings when there are drinking games involved.

Had on tap at the brewery in Golden.

A: slight hazy and straw colored but lighter yellow than original coors.

S: sweet bready notes but much less distinct than original coors. Some malt. No hops.

T: less sweet up front and more of a bitter taste but finishes with the same sweet taste as original coors. Not very good.

M: high carbonation and light body.

Overall: Not as bad as I was expecting. sweet and fairly drinkable.

So many of my friends and colleagues have this as their beer of choice...not impressed to say the least. But hey, if all you're looking for is to get drunk, it works.

Pale golden-yellow hue. Looks like...well, I won't say it. Smells like bread, to be honest. Tastes like watery cereal.

Very clean and smooth however; definitely warrants another sip.

I know why people drink this: it goes down so easily and its a decent party beer. Besides that...no redeeming qualities to be had.

When in comes to cheap-get-me-drunk-beers, I'm usually an Anheuser-Busch man, but when the local bar has Coors pitchers for $3 less than Bud Light, what can you do.

Almost clear yellow pour. Really fizzy head, about three fingers. All corn and rice on the smell. Coors' taste has something that always makes me say cooked vegetables. It's light, easy to drink, and only somewhat repulsive in taste. Mouthfeel is very carbonated with the consistency of water.

Not my first choice when it comes to drinking a ton and getting drunk, but if it's cheaper than Busch, Bud, or Natty, why not.

12oz Bottle

Appearance – Clear yellow colour with an average size fizzy white coloured head. There is an above average amount of carbonation showing and there is some fair lacing. The head lasted for around 3 minutes before it was gone.

Smell - Grains, bread, corn

Taste & Mouth - The beer has an average amount of carbonation. I can taste bread mixed with very light hops and some corn. There really isn't a whole lot of taste going on here.. It finishes with a corn syrup slightly sweet aftertaste.

Overall – There beer does have a certain distinct taste that sets it apart from the other light adjunct beers on the market. Not saying that's a good thing.. Anyways, its very light and highly drinkable, but I'll stick with Genny Light as my go to choice in this style category - for camping trips etc.

Being from Missouri, I had to review what amounts to fermented goat urine. Besides being awesome for college beer pong tourneys, this stuff is barely fit for human consumption (along with Miller Light and Bud Light). It's interesting that you can get some of the top non-pastuerized beers on Earth for only slightly additional cost.
Appearance: Amber water
Smell: None noted, hints of diarrhea?
Taste: Water and slight hops
Mouthfeel: Water
Overall: Terrible, leaves you feeling bloated and sick.
