12oz bottle, Boulevard tulip, best by 12/31/12.
Dark amber liquid with perfect clarity. Definitely a good head for a macro product with a little bit of stick and hints of tan.
At first it's yawningly clean cracker and dry. A little swirl gets me a small layer of fruitiness. Shortbread is a generous description.
Distressingly similar to the aroma; a bit of fruity, sweet malt overlays about as neutral a base as one could get.
It's light and bubbly, but not too much. It's acceptably average.
I was expecting something just a notch above macro, but I honestly think I would prefer to just go with the fizzy stuff if faced with a choice between, say, PBR, and this. This is a macro with a bit of sickening sweetness added.
