Following in the footsteps of our other “Street” IPA’s, Sleeper shares the same base grains while placing the unique El Dorado hop at center stage. Opaque orange-yellow in color with floral aromas of lime zest, grapefruit peel, pine sap, and candied orange. Juicy, hop-driven flavors of bright citrus, melon, and herbal pine are balanced with medium bitterness, fluffy mouthfeel, and dry finish.
MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, Dextrine, C-15
HOPS: El Dorado, Columbus

16 oz. can. Hazy orange. Smells like orange juice and acidity. Tastes sweet and orangey. Less acidic than the nose. But it drops off quickly. Slightly earthy in the finish with a little bit more orange lingering. Medium heavy and fairly chewy. It's fine.

Hazy deep gold; white mixed bubbles head; good cap retention; solid ring; soapy lace. Grapefruit nose. Grapefruit taste; firm malt base; not too sweet. Medium full body; moderate minus carbonation; no astringency; no warmth. A very drinkable IPA, I drank several!

Deep orange in color with a white head that quickly dissipates. Nose is the magic, citrusy and piney. Taste is gentle then encompasses palate quickly. Good NE Style.

A-Hazy straw yellow with a white head that is present but dissipates
S-High level of alcohol aroma with tropical and citrus fruits quite present
M-Medium body and carbonation. Mouthfeel is juicy yet dry. A nice velvety situation that provides a nice experience
T-Sweet upfront with a decent balance for the palatability of this beer. Bitterness is almost non existent.
O-A very nice IPA. More on the New England style, but tried to hold its own as an IPA…

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Trillium @ Fenway for about seventeen dollars. My forty ninth brew from these guys. Big miss for me, did not care for at all.
