This popular edition in our “Street” series of India Pale Ales spotlights the remarkably complex Mosaic hop. Melcher Street is hazy, pale orange in appearance and emits aromatic qualities of grapefruit, mild-earthy pine, and mango on the nose. Dank flavors of pine and green hop, along with juicy notes of tropical fruit, melon, and peach, are accentuated with crisp malt character, mild bitterness, and a soft, effervescent mouthfeel.
MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, C-15, Dextrine, Dextrose
HOPS: Mosaic, Columbus

Pours a muted hazy golden color. Fruity/ hoppy aroma. Fantastic hoppy flavor with just the right amount of fruit. Light mouthfeel with fine prickly mouthfeel. Overall, another superb IPA from Trillium!

09/18/23. Poured into a BA 25th Ann teku -- hell yeah!!
A: Arnold Palmer goal with 1-2 finger frothy white head with decent retention and reasonable lacing.
S: Aroma is low-medium intensity bordering on subtle with some orange, grapefruit, guava, pineapple, and obvious berry. Esters are moderate with fruity tones.
T: Flavor is excellent with blasts of citrus and tropical fruit overtaken eventually by red berry and some tanginess that has an herbal character to it. There is a bit of melon in the aftertaste. Malt provides a slight bit of sweetness but not much else. Esters are moderate and fruit and bubblegum. Alcohol is well-hidden. Bitterness is low.
M: Feel is okay but a bit chalky with a slight astringent burn that does detract a bit for me.
O: Melcher Street IPA is a fine beer that stacks up well with other Trillium offerings but probably makes up the "B" team compared to a few others of theirs I've been able to get my hands on. Solid NEIPA no doubt though.

Gorgeous, medium to medium plus haze. Light gold color. Big pops of mango and passinfruit on the nose. Little basil and earthy quality in there too. Taste is like tropical candy injected into an IPA. Pungent up front. Dried fruit flavors, extremely flavorful. Mouthfeel relatively soft, could use slightly more carbonation imo, but overall that aspect is still much above average. Overall just an extremely flavorful IPA. Grateful to get this out in California.
