The beer pours a clean white and foamy head that dissipates quickly. The beer itself is a murky orange with a brown note. The beer is not completely clear but a bit hazy. The beer smell has sweey orange hop notes with a light hint of grapefruit and pine. The beer taste is strongly hoppy with grapefruit notes and a tiny, barely noticeable mint note. The taste also has a slightly earthy taste that takes a little of the edge off of the hops notes. The mouthfeel is fairly creamy and smooth with limited carbonation. Overall, a very good farmhouse IPA and one of the better ones that Trillium produces.
