The color of this was the first unusual thing about it: it poured a cloudy light brown color. There wasn't much head to it, with no lacing. The aroma had definite hints of a sour fruitiness to it. It almost smelled like an air freshener. The taste wasn't much better. There was some sourness, some bitterness, and not much else. Don't know what they were after here, but they clearly missed. (391 characters)

Essentially this little brewpub made a "macro beer". This is a very sweet tasting lager, well, that is because they use 40% corn. It is a darkish yellow (almost amber) with a white head, limited retention and no lace. Thin, but typical, mouthfeel. It is mildly better than something the “Big-3” has to offer. Not my glass of beer… next please. (346 characters)
