A wheat ale that we dry-hopped with a blend of citrusy American hops and left unfiltered, perfect for summer or anytime you feel like it! This beer pairs well with lazy afternoons and anything cooked outside.

This was poured into a nonic pint glass. The appearance was a hazy burnt orange to yellow color with a thick white foamy head that dissipated within less than thirty seconds leaving barely any lacing. The smell started off with a sharp sweet to bitter citrus blending over a decent sweet wheat base. The taste was mainly sweet balancing a nice tart citrus and a sweet wheat base. There’s no aftertaste but it did have a quick sweet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation seemed spot on for the style and allowing the wheat to be the body of the beer. Overall, this was a pretty good offering from Henniker. I’d probably have again.

Poured from a 22oz bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a light gold color, with a very thin white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains citrus, wheat, light caramelized malts and a good amount of hops.
T: The taste starts out with a decent burst of hops bitterness that is quickly followed by sweet flavors of citrus, caramel and bananas. Then some breadiness comes in from wheat and a thin malt character creating a good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly hoppy.
M: Crisp and smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Tasty, goes down very easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a solid beer to drink for a long time.
