Been looting to check this place out so went after work on Sunday with a fellow beer friend. A bit hard to find the place. One of several businesses in a business district. A couple parking spots reserved for the place but on Sundays nothing else looks open so not a problem. A new flashing OPEN sign is by the front door. Small one man operation with 3 taps. An assortment of different chairs and small tables in the seating area. The bar has another 4 bar stools. A smaller area seperated by a half wall holds a dart board and a rather large sofa as well as the single restroom.
Three beers currently being served (Hop Haze - IPA, Jaime's Pale Ale, and Chocolate Milk Stout). Tasters are $1 each while the pints are $5 and up. A water cooler and free peanuts to help you keep the beers coming.
The nice thing is since it is a one man operation, during the tasting room hours you can talk to the man who is chasing his passion and dream. He was very friendly and was quizzing us on our thoughts about the place. We gave him some different ideas that he seemed very excited to hear and used us as a sounding board for some of his current ideas. He does plan on adding better signage as the money comes in to help get people in is one of his main short term goals. He is also trying to decide what the next beer will be (debated between a brown and a barley wine).
As time goes by (say give it 6 more months) I would like to re-review the place to show how things have evolved.

Well, it's about 6 months later so here's the changes. New chairs and tables make it look and feel more like a brewery not just a garage with some beer and seats. A covered patio area is open and a large portable swamp cooler is out for when the heat gets going. The brew list has doubled and they even bottle one of their brews in bombers. He has added some better signs to find the place but parking still is limited. Best to drive there on weekends when the other businesses are closed. My friends and I were the only ones there and head guy still found time to talk to us about the operation, how things are going and to find out our thoughts. This level of interaction still makes service stand out.

A bit out of the way, but that can be a good thing. Look for the car dealerships, it's tucked behind them.

An open air brewery with a counter separating customer and brewing area. Tall ceilings. Nothing fancy. Two entrances; door and garage door. About 5 tables and other seating options. Small dart room.

Very small operation going on here. A handful of beers, tasters were set at $1.50 per. Friendly personal service, and that's the brewery's strong point right now. While the beers were not bad, they did contain flaws. Some minor tweaking can bring about substantial good change.

The remote (sorta) location is nice and quiet. Won't get all that traffic outside that can be annoying. Grab a book and a beer for this place
