Had on tap at Bluebird in Phinney Ridge. Review from notes.
A: Served in a mason jar, the stout was a dark brown, almost black with a small tan head on top. The small head lasted for a little bit and slowly reduced to just a thin layer on top. Very nice lacing down the sides.
S: This beer had a pleasant aroma of sweet, milk chocolate and a bit of cream.
T: More chocolate on the flavor profile, both milk and a bit of dark. Some more cream and a bit of faint roast.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth and easy drinking.
O: A nice introduction to Bluebirds beers. Need to get the Theo Beer/Theo Chocolate Ice Cream float next time.
