Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, clear, copper coloring with a sparse, filmy, white head. Nose of crisp and tart citrus, cedar, and subtle caramel. Very clean nose. Flavors are resinous forward, with pine pitch and grassy notes on a caramel backbone. Smooth bodied and balanced, with a great lacing on the glass as you drink. The finish has a bitter linger, with resinous ghosts celebrating your good taste in brews. Solid beer!

Freshly canned 12 ounce unit in a standard pint glass.

Satin gold color, cloudy and bubbly. The cream white foam cap starts tall and settles at 1-plus F. Lacing galore.

Aroma begins with light bitter hops. Toasted malt and citrus blend together in time.

Sharp citrus mix; grapefruit peel, lemon, and some earthy malt and a touch of pine.

Medium plus malt body with citrus hop bitterness kick. Perfect carbonation. Lasting taste.

Better to me than 83.

A dark golden color with a good amount of head. Light, hoppy aroma. Taste is bitter with a slight citrus taste. Finish is surprisingly smooth. Overall a solid IPA.

I'm trying this at my Bestie's in Charlotte. It poured a clear copper with thin white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints of bitter hop. The taste was east coast ups leaning...meaning more bitter than citrusy. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's ok.
