Was in the area visiting some family and saw that this place had some good reviews so I figured I'd check it out. Decent lot size and the building itself actually looks like a restored vintage barn sort of (hence the name I suppose). My visit was pretty quick, probably 5-10 minutes and I left. Not huge inside, but everything is VERY well organized, clean, and extremely orderly, I don't think I saw a single bottle where the label wasn't perfectly facing out on the shelf. Seems to be more of a Wine/Liquor store as the sections for wine and liquor seem substantially larger than the beer. Most of the beer was in the cooler, but there was a small section in the back center where it wasn't. I was sort of surprised at the lack of selection, it only had 2 other reviews but both indicated a good selection. I found the selection ok at best. There's some of the bigger craft breweries like Sam Adams and Sierra Nevada and they have many of the different 6-pack offerings that are distributed by them, outside of that there's not a whole lot. Some other more local offerings like Smuttynose, Long Trail/Otter Creek/Wolover's, and Ithaca but very limited offerings from all of them. They also had Stone, DogFish, and Ommegang but again only extremely limited offerings from them as well. Nothing from Boulevard, Founder's, or Rogue which can be found ALL over Massachusetts. Service wasn't very good, There were 2 employees, one at the register and another quickly roaming around the store. The guy roaming around said hi to me but didn't stop and seemed pretty pre-occupied, the other was a cashier and was talking on his cell phone when I walked out (there was nobody at the register) and avoided eye contact. I question they quality of some of the stuff on the shelf, a lot of it was just sitting. There was a bottle of Smuttynose Old Brown Dog bomber that had a best bye date of 2009 on it and then there was a "3 pack" of Narwhal that I considered buying, but I didn't feel like asking the price on. I will say however ALL of their beer prices were very good. Dundee 12 packs $9.99, Sam Adams, Sierra, and Smutty all pretty decent priced sixers and BMC products cheaper than usual. Not a beer store really unless you're looking for a quick sixer that you already know exactly what you want. Seems like more of a Wine/Liquor store. Oh yeah, careful taking a left out of the parking lot, it can be a pain.

They have a ridiculously good selection ranging from your German brands to U.S. brewed stuff like New Belgium, and of course your cheapo Buds (6 pk $5.69!!)
I realize there are so many other assets to a liquor store like selection of hard alc, wine, non-alc bevs, etc but this store features too much good beer!
Finally, a liquor store that <3 beer as much as I do... I predict they're gonna know me, or at least my money, very well!

This is a very unique place that sells liquor. It's a barn or so I'm told. One of my many favorite liquor stores. Once you get past their big wine displays, the beers are located in the cooler and on the rack in front of it. They do carry a decent selection of beers. Fortunately for me, they carry all three of my favorites Dog Fish Head 60 Minute IPA, Ommegang Hennepin and Angry Orchard Crisp Apple. It's a great place to grab a beer.
