The Outside Inn is a pretty standard Las Vegas video poker bar and grill on the very West side of town.

I tried this place a couple of times because they a few of my favorite beers on tap and it's close to home but that's not enough to keep me going back. They have 20 taps about half dozen of them are interesting to me including Racer 5, Hop Head Red, Lagunitas (IPA and Sucks), a Dog Fish Head, and Chainbreak White IPA. I didn't pay much attention after those but the others seemed to be the more commonly available beers (fat tire to miller lite) in Vegas.
They seem to have an issue either with the taps or the bartenders because watching them pour a beer with foam gushing down the outside of the glass is painful. I've had 2 different bartenders and both had the same problem.

As I said standard video poker bar with the regulars and those feeding the bar top gaming machines getting the best service. While those of us interested in a good beer and something to eat are second class and served leisurely. The food is decent but nothing special.

If you're in the area and want a decent beer in a low key atmosphere it's worth a look but I wouldn't go out of the way to try it.
