A clear golden orange to light amber in color with a 2 1/2 inch chunky head leaving thick, sticky lacing.
Fruity with a huge caramel to butterscotch aspect and a spicy followup. Ripe citrus. Swirling the beer in the glass results in the aroma of warmed milk.
Sweet malts with caramelly milk chocolate well complemented by bitter hops and a hint of alcohol.
Smpoth and creamy. Medium thick and chewy. A light prickle on the tongue and somewhat warming.
Seems a bit thicker than most IPAs, but it has great aroma and flavor. Well balanced, and there's more than enough going on here to keep me interested. The residual flavor just goes on and on.

Pours into a nonic a clear brass color with a thinner white head atop.Aromas of citrus and light herb/grass,some sweet caramel malts also come into play.Somewhat sweet on the palate with some caramel and sugary notes,a healthy dose of citrusy hops come in late providing zest and some mild dryness. An IPA on the sweeter side but it does have some good hops in the finish, not bad.

An interesting IPA. The head is good and quickly leaves leaving a nice residue. The aroma is nice and has a touch of orange??. The taste is exceptional even though the citrus is predominate. The hops and malt take second fiddle to the citrus, but somehow, ait all balances quite well. Good job on this one. Will definitely drink again !!

A: Dark Orange brown in color, fairly hazy. There is a good amount of white head on top. Perhaps a touch dark.
S: Citrus and lemon peel, followed by caramel, and a syrupy malt smell. Light orange peel, and lemon, with some bread aromas.
T: Bread, with syrupy malty sweetness. Slight resin character, with lemon grass following. Bitterness is light, but lingers well, with earthy notes. Something a little cloying in there. Or perhaps boozy?
M: Medium light in body, carbonation is mid range, although a bit more would be alright. Somewhat dry finish.
O: Not a bad brew, but certainly not assertive. Good hop flavor balances with the malty, but it's missing the wow factor. Easy drinking for and everyday type beer, but I don't see it being a 'go to brew' for me.

Poured from the bottle into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Cloudy opaque body, and a unique color combination inside the glass. Bright orange in the middle, deep lemon yellow and shiny towards the bottom, with some slow rising carbonation. Head is capped with thin foamy bubbles, but a large four finger tall size and styrofoam like retention. This looks like a creamsicle in a glass.
Real interesting nose. Mushy fruit, hinting at hop mango like tropics and a vanilla sweetness. Is that creamsicle thing going on? or more psychological persuasion? Hints of cream too very interesting and nice. Some nice light biscuit notes as well.
Palate comes very mellow but nicely. Minimal bitterness with a soft malt feel, nearly pillow feeling. Hints of hop orange and citrus, loosely leaving it's tropical sense a bit hinted on the nose. Good malt depth, and actually a good balance between light and thick. Creamy palate feel to match with a light sugared sweetness to go.
Overall some nice character but nothing really stands out tremendously. Decent brew.
