No head really on a black body with red tint. Aroma of raspberry, dark chocolate, sour cherry, candy sugar and an earthy malt. Flavor is very full and complex with dark berries mostly cherry and raspberry with some oak and reminds me of the acai berry flavor of some items. As it warmed up syrup dominated the nose. Perfect degree of tart and sour flavor. Red wine after taste. Full and a bit creamy and moderate carbonation. This is incredibly drinkable and very flavorful. I would love to see this also oak aged.

This is a dark American Wild Ale brewed with raspberries.

Appearance - Deep brown, khaki head, both with the slightest tint of of pink when held up to a light.

Aroma - Raspberries, chocolate, and slight noticeable tartness.

Taste - Milk chocolate dipped raspberries. The sourness equivalent to biting into a lemon. (No lemon taste!) excellent!

Mouthfeel - Light to medium bodied. A bit strange given the color of the beer. Slick body that got my jaw at first sip with the sourness.

Overall - Two dark beers in a row, with both being completely different styles. Both are incredible. Aardwolf, if not incredibly popular on BA, is steadily making a name for themselves. Very good sour.
