A 330ml bottle with a BB of Dec 2013, so it's slightly out of date. Purchased a while back from Beeritz. Hopped with Pacific Jade.

Poured into a Duvel tulip. Bottle conditioned. A pale golden hue with faint haze and light carbonation. Yields a small head of white foam that lasts for a minute or two before subsiding to a patchy surface layer. Aroma of bright, fruity hops with hints of citrus, white grape, apple, grass/hay, faint pepper, light malt and subtle earthy yeast. Juicy and delicious.

Tastes of fruity aromatic hops with a mild, dry finish. Notes of orange peel, citrus, white grape, faint apple, grass/hay, light malt and earthy yeast. Well-attenuated, followed by a delicate, hoppy bitterness upon swallowing. Mouthfeel is smooth and dry, with soft carbonation and decent body. Would benefit from increased effervescence. Mildly astringent, accompanied by an aftertaste of subtle, fruity hops and earthy yeast.

Rather nice and devilishly drinkable. Goes down far too easily! It looks OK, though I wish the head had stuck around for longer. The aroma and flavour are replete with light, fruity citrus and grape, all underpinned by dry yeast. Body is alright, but improved carbonation and texture would be good. A lovely little pale ale - worth sampling if you have the chance.

330ml bottle bought from The Vineyard, Belfast

Poured an amber orange colour. Slightly off white head poured thick and meringue like then faded slowly to good thick coating... very faint carbonation drifts slowly to surface... some decent patchy lacing...

Aroma - Lightly toasted bready malts, slightl caramel notes, some fig and orange fruitiness (marmalade hints), some woody traces, light ginger and peppery spiciness, grassy hops, toasted nuts...

Taste - Light spicy fruits (bitter oranges, figs, pears), some butterscotch notes, toasted bready malts, light caramel sweetness, peppery and grassy hop bitterness, light metallic traces, some saltiness...

Feel - Sharp initially then smooths out... light bodied... Extremely drinkable - i could happily knock back a few of these in a session...

Overall - A very good APA... i wish i could get this on a regular basis as it would be an excellent beer for everyday drinking... recommended...
