Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a ruby-copper coloring, hazy, with an off-white, filmy, clingy head. Roasted caramel nose, with nutty and floral highlights. Very sweet on the nose. Flavors are caramel forward, with hints of chocolate, and an effervesced, light body due to the carbonation. Clean, slightly sharp finish, with a rich, sweet aftertaste.
