Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a tulip, the beer is a pale, yellow-gold coloring with a clingy, white head. Nose of lemon, farmhouse yeasty funk, and a cracker backbone. Flavors are light and fruity, with a citrus blend forward, herbal and spice highlight, and a cracker/bread backbone. Light and crisp body, with a spiced and citrus aftertaste. Clean, light finish. Very refreshing beer.
