Pours a just-a-bit cloudy white gold color, with a huge topper that relaxes to a scant ring in the course of ten minutes given it to "open up".

Luscious aroma, tart and rounded yeast notes, earthy and citrus from hops?, bugs? Don't know. but smells great. Just a hint of floral and a bit of vinegar too.

Taste outshines aroma in the best way, just a bright blast of goodness. Rounded tart and a hint of vinegar pick up touches of herbal, citrus, wine, and sour that never burns. It pushes the limit of how much lemon, how much vinegar, how full the yeast component gets, how dry the sip becomes, how much of a hint of sweet can remain to balance it. This one is in my sweet spot for wild ales, YMMV.

Very full bodied and dry on palate, a bit of lemon drop as it warms and I continue sipping, very fine finish.

Marvelous beer, slightest dings for the bit of lemon drop I got, super delicious and intense. Highly recommended. (927 characters)

Blend 2, shared with Jimski.

Pours Yellow.
Smell is tart, some off notes
Taste: Not at all what I waa expecting, some butter (diacetyl) in the taste that really makes is of. Part from that, there is not many notes of apricots. Sour and butter does not match at all. (266 characters)

750ml bottle, split

A very intriguing beer - a blender using wort from "local" breweries - not sure who these breweries are but Hill Farmstead seems like a decent guess? Nice golden body - pretty tame aroma and not particularly indicative of whats to come. The flavor profile is pretty crazy - not extremely sour but layers of fruit that imparts many different distinct flavor - apricot, peach, sugar, sweetness. Bright and complex - this was great. (450 characters)

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Pale yellow body. Clear. Brief white head. Then nothing.

Smell - Funky. Woody and lemony. Some estery notes. Slight vinegar aroma.

Taste - Sharp sourness. Lemony. Very oaky. Again a slight vinegar flavor. Grainy. Crisp.

Mouthfeel - Light and pleasantly sour. High carbonation.

Overall - Clean and really enjoyable sour. (374 characters)

Hazed gold body. Extra fizzy white head with decent retention, but once gone it's completely gone, leaving it looking like a cider.

Really nice aroma. Funky, cider, green apples, vinous.

Great flavor. It's sour but not to the point of puckering. Fresh green apples own the flavor. Cider vinegar. Some bready and funky accents.

Mouthfeel is light, prickly carbonation, and crisp.

This one wowed me. It's the perfect level of acidity and packed with flavor. (463 characters)
