750, capped and waxed. Night 2 of my Community experiment. It pours a clear gold with a rocky white head that shows no sign of surrendering. It looks like it should have a little cannon and the phrase "come and take it". It smells of peaches, strawberries, a slight peppermint, and sort of a candy orange. I think I just described fruit loops. But in a good way! The taste is bready with a grassy finish. Simple but good. It has a nice balanced sweetness/dryness. Mouthfeel is soft with subtle carbonation. Overall, I like it. It's easy drinking if not remarkable. If this is dumbing down, call me stupid.

750 mL bottle pours a hazed gold color with a very large cap of bright white head. Awesome retention and lace....a great looking beer. Head is pillowy and soft.
Nose is fruity and zesty, as a good tripel should be. The yeast shines the brightest and the best compliment I could give is that I wouldnt be able to tell this was American brewed or from Belgium. Good stuff.
Taste is peppery and creamy with more hops than most tripels. The hops seem more flavoring than bittering, with a crisp leafy presence. Wow, this one is pretty tasty. The malts are very soft and inviting. Yeast does alot of work, but is not overly phenolic. More of a peppery, mild fruit as opposed to huge clove and mango. A light metallic twang on the finish is the only thing I can complain about. Solid beer, Im excited to have this available on a regular basis. Will buy again, and Im excited to send out to some friends.

A: Pours a hazed golden/orange color. A large pillowing two finger white head forms with excellent retention and lace. This is a looker.
S: This really opens up as it warms. Peppery phenolic spice. Fruity esters as well I love the yeast character here. Pale malts with dry biscuit in the nose. The fruity hops come in on the back end. Excellent.
T: Peppery yeast, light esters. Pale and biscuit malts. Just a hint of sweetness. The mango like fruit flavor is much more up front than the nose.
M/D: A medium body with lively carbonation. Though smooth at the same time. So easy to drink. The bottle is gone in no tmi and I already want another one.
This is a great example of a Triple. Most American versions are too sweet or too phenolic. This has an excellent balance. Very delicate but at the same time plenty is going on. Highly recommended.

Poured from bomber into Chimay chalice. Cloudy light copper body with fluffy white head. A really great looking beer.
Nose has spice, a hint of funk and is very typically Belgian. A bit of soapy banana, maybe some orange. I can't wait to try this beer.
Taste is a little drier than I expected but very good. Alcohol is definitely there along with prickly spice. Body is just right. This is a really enjoyable beer that would be even better along with a meal. I had some cheddar diced alongside, but a full meal would compliment beautifully.
