12oz can. 2/28/17 can date. Appearance: Cloudy grapefruit juice-like pink appearance, with a low lying thick bubbled head. Aroma: Raspberry and clove combo dominates, with a touch of coriander spice. No real noticeable hop character. Taste: A sweet, breadt maltiness quickly turns to a sharp berry tartness, and then transitions to clove and a spicy coriander finish. Mouthfeel: light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Finish: Tart berry flavor lingers long after the finish with only a slight touch of fruity esters. Overall: This beer lives up to it’s name and tastes exactly like you would expect, with a tart raspberry contrasting the sweet maltiness and clove phenols, and a spicy coriander on the backend. Fruity banana esters are nearly absent. Well made

From a can. Pours a hazy, red tinted golden color with a half of a finger head the doesn't linger. Nose of raspberries and coriander with underlying malt. Taste is malt and slightly tart raspberries with the whit coriander on the back end. Medium body and medium carbonation with a clean finish.
I really like this interpretation of a whit, and think it's simple but well done. There's not too much raspberry to overwhelm the spirit of a whit. A very pleasant and drinkable beer.

Appearance: Ruby red grapefruit juice, murky, flashes a white head that dies back to a thin halo that doesn't lace.

Aroma: Fruity, a sharp citric lime rind, heavy sweetness of overripe strawberry, a little spicy coriander. Lots of tropical notes, Hawaiian Punch territory.

Taste: Thin profile goes a bit cloyingly sweet, lots of fruit flavors but little raspberry. Seems more of a fruit punch. The citric hops keep enough bitter going to keep this somewhere near balanced.

Mouthfeel: Light body, heavy carbonation, fizzy, prickly, dry finish.

Overall: Fruit beers are hard. This is a solid effort but doesn't have me really wanting more.
