Presentation: Sleak brown euro style 17 oz bottle with no freshness date.
Appearance: Pale yellow golden colour and quite hazy with a tightly bubbled white lace. The dregs are well packed on the bottom.
Smell: Bready and lightly biscuity with a sweet aroma.
Taste: Very crisp with a sharp palate cleaning bite and lightish in build. The tartness is the back bone for this brew staying all the way to the finish. Grainy and yeasty with a trace hop oil flavour ... vague fruit on the palate though it gets lost as soon long dry finish comes along. Oddly enough this has a clean palate.
Notes: Lively and spritzy ... down right refreshing and almost lager like due to the alt beer house yeast. This is certainly a quality product ... very well structured and we would guess not a very easy beer to clone either. This sample was poured without swirling the yeast in.
