Big foam in the tall Peroni glass. Color is pale lemon and surprisingly, nearly clear. Not much sediment in the bottle. Distinct aroma of coriander. Very light bodied with a crisp, slightly acidic sensation.
A faint citrus tang. This is slightly sweet at first, then veering off into the zone of mysterious flavorings. No detectable hops, but the spice adds some bitterness. An adequate Witbier that seems to be clean and well made. The aftertaste is a little more bitterish with orange peel than I like.

Served on tap into a pint glass
A- Poured a cloudy light golden color with rocky white head that left webbed lace.
S- Very fragrant, citrusy, floral, chamomile, and coriander.
T- Big citrusy notes, chamomile, coriander, and very fragrant floral notes.
M- Very dry and refreshing, smooth, high carbonation, and medium body.
O- A very nice witbier that was very refreshing and complex.

Purchased from Bring On The Beer online.
A- it pours a hazy straw yellow with a huge and growing head of foam. I see some nice lacing left behind.
S- I get notes of wheat, citrus, coriander, light clove, earthy malt.
T- ditto for the taste. Wheat, coriander, clove, earthy malt, and a good citrus kick at the end. Very nice tasting Wit.
M- medium light body with rather high carbonation.
O- A very pleasant and easy drinking Wit here. I give it a big thumbs up.
Edit: As I get deeper into the bottle, it turns cloudy.
