Poured into a chalice, Farm Out is clear gold with a white head, foamy, tight, with decent lace.
Smell is fruity esters, a little malty, big quinine like lime zest spritz.
Taste is fruity esterys, a hint of diacetyl. Pretty standard generic craft take on a saison. Pretty bright coriander citrus spice.
Mouthfeel is light and dry.
Drinkability is ok, a generic, over spiced saison lacking elegance, but certainly not offensive.

Served in straight pint glass. Poured a hazy straw yellow color with about 3/4 inch of white head that had lightly moderate retention and almost no lacing.
The aroma was pretty much spot-on for I expect in the style, grain, yeast, spice and a certain earthiness. The taste had the same features, but they didn't have a lot of staying power, after a few seconds, I couldn't tell I had had a sip.
The body was perhaps a bit lighter than I find to be typical, but was very crisp and clean. Drinkability was good, but the higher than normal ABV seems to defeat the purpose of the style. Overall, a pretty nice brew, certainly worth trying if you see it.
